• Project worked on was Houston’s METRO Light Rail; in charge of East End and Downtown

corridors as well as Services & Inspection facility.

• Obtained input from project team members, subcontractors, vendors and clients to support the

forecasting. Created the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in Primavera P6.

• Established and implemented methods for determining activity durations within assigned

disciplines.
